Today was my first day, at morning I watch lots of youtube videos to motivate myself about my fitness goals. Then read forums and fitness websites like bodybuilding.com forum, livestrong.com, etc. to get an idea of what others are doing.
Of course, I am a newbie, and I must start slowly to prevent any injuries, so I searched for a beginners program. The program I found includes basic exercises like squats with bodyweight, some shoulder press with very light dumbbells and cardio with a treadmill. At first, I thought it was too easy but after the workout, my legs were numb and felt very heavy. I think I will just run on my treadmill tomorrow. ArchivesNo Archives Categories |
